VIDEO: 4-star WR commit Jerel Bolder makes INSANE catches at summer OT7 event
This video isn’t new, but it never really made it’s rounds like it should have this past summer. This is 4-star WR Jerel Bolder and he just signed his NIL to play at NC State next year. He’s the highest rated player in next year’s class and is certainly going to be one to watch.
