Alex Sosa is Top 25 on Perfect Game’s Top College Sophomores List

NC State sophomore catcher, Alex Sosa was just ranked #25 on Perfect Game’s Top College Sophomores list earlier this month.

Sosa made 30 starts last season, ranking second among freshman position players with 35 games played. He batted .230 with 26 hits, 6 HRs, 24 RBIs and 16 runs scored.

His key moments last season were hitting a grand slam for a run-rule walk-off victory over No. 8 Wake Forest on May 16 and a 3 hit performance in a Super Regional win over #10 Georgia on June 10th, helping the Pack to the College World Series.
