Here’s a rundown of some of the 2026 prospects that were on campus this past weekend:
4-Star Defensive Lineman Keshawn Stancil (6’3″/260) – ON3, Rivals and 247Sports all give Stancil 4 stars, and rank him in the Top-300 nationally. 247Sports ranks him as the #206 overall player nationally, and the #12 player in the state of North Carolina. NC State offered Stancil on May 16th of last year. Stancil plays right down the road at Clayton High School, where he had 63 tackles, 23 tackles for loss, 9 sacks and 3 forced fumbles last year.
4-Star Defensive Tackle Noah Clark (6’3″/320) – 247Sports and Rivals give Clark 4 stars. The former ranks him as the #108 overall player nationally in the 2026 recruiting class, the #15 Defensive Lineman and the #8 player in the state of North Carolina. Clark plays right down the road at Jordan High School in Durham, where he had 75 tackles, 18.5 tackles for loss and 4 sacks.
Clark confirmed with me that he was in attendance this weekend. NC State offered him on March 18th of last year.
4-Star Safety Cortez Redding (6’0″/170) – Redding is a consensus 4-star recruit. ON3 ranks him as the #180 overall prospect nationally in the 2026 recruiting class, the #13 Safety and #23 player in the state of Georgia. NC State offered him on May 6th of last year. He plays for Jonesboro (Jonesboro, GA).
NC State co-DC Charlton Warren was the first college coach to visit 4⭐️S Cortez Redding’s home this week.
“It means a lot that he stopped by my house to spend some time with me and my family.”
4-Star Interior Offensive Lineman Desmond Green (6’5″/335) – Rivals has Green as a 4-star prospect, ranking him as the #140 overall player nationally, the #6 interior offensive lineman and the #2 player in the state of South Carolina. He plays for Timberland in Saint Stephen. NC State offered Green on June 21st of last year.
4-Star EDGE Elijah Littlejohn (6’3″/215) – 247Sports ranks Littlejohn as a 4-Star prospect, the #227 overall player nationally in the 2026 class, the #20 EDGE and #14 in the state of North Carolina. Littlejohn had 84 tackles, 26 tackles for loss 24 QB Hurries and 14 sacks for West Charlotte this past Fall.
NC State offered Littlejohn on February 2nd of last year.
3-Star Safety D’various Surratt (6’0″/285) – Surratt is a 3-star prospect that Rivals ranks as the #17 overall player in the state of North Carolina (Crest High School/Selby) in the 2026 class. NC State just offered him on January 20th. He confirmed with me that he was in attendance.
3-Star Wide Receiver Jaire Richburg (6’3″/180) – Rivals and ON3 rank Richburg as a 3-star prospect. He had 60 receptions for 990 yards and 13 touchdowns for Easy Forsyth (Kernersville, North Carolina) last Fall. NC State offered Richburg all the way back on November 23rd, 2023.

3-Star EDGE Alex Willis (6’4″/240) – ON3 ranks Willis as a 3-star prospect, the #56 overall EDGE nationally and the #78 player in the state of Florida.
NC State offered on January 22nd. Willis plays for The First Academy in Orlando, Florida.
3-Star Tight End Gavin Mueller (6’6″/231) – 247Sports ranks Mueller as the #27 Tight End in the 2026 class, and the #10 player in the state of Illinois. He plays for South Elgin in South Elgin, Illinois.
3-Star Linebacker/Athlete Markel Dabney (6’1″/210) – Rivals ranks Dabney as the #18 overall player in state of Virginia in the 2026 class. This past season, Dabney had 68 tackles, 9 tackles for loss, 4 sacks, 2 interceptions and 4 forced fumbles for Huguenot (Richmond, VA). On the offensive side, he had 45 receptions for 995 yards and 13 touchdowns.
3-Star EDGE Lawrence Brown Jr. (6’4″/215) – ESPN ranks Brown as a 3-Star prospect. This past Fall, Brown had 30 tackles, 12 tackles for loss and 6 sacks for Grayson in Loganville, Georgia. He has an offer from South Florida.

Safety Lyrik Pettis (6’1″/175) – Pettis is an unranked prospect player who has received offers from NC State and Duke. He had 76 tackles, 4 tackles for loss, 2 interceptions and 5 pass breakups for Crest High School (Shelby, NC) this past Fall.
NC State offered on January 20th.

Linebacker Jordan Moreta (6’0″/215) – Moreta is an unranked prospect player who has received offers from NC State, Duke and Liberty. He plays for Paramus Catholic in Paramus, New Jersey. NC State offered on January 23rd.
Running Back Jamal Rule (6’0″/205) – Rule is an unranked prospect player who has received offers from NC State, App St., Nebraska, Syracuse, Virginia Tech, Boston College, Wisconsin and others. The Wolfpack offered him on January 4th. Rule rushed for 1,236 yards (9.2 YPC) and 15 touchdowns for Charlotte Christian last Fall (Charlotte, NC).
Athlete Aiden Smalls (6’1″/170) – Smalls is an unranked prospect player who has received offers from NC State, Duke, Liberty and Virginia Tech. He was 130/214 for 1,948 yards 24 touchdowns (7 ints), 114.4 QBR, 150 carries for 1,006 yards and 12 touchdowns, with 2,962 yards total yards and 36 touchdowns for Clayton right down the road. Though he doesn’t have any stars beside his name, NC State offered him on September 8, 2023.
Cornerback Simaj Hill (6’1″/175) – Hill is an unranked prospect player who has received offers from NC State, Syracuse, Rhode Island and Liberty. He plays for St. Joseph’s prep in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Tight End/Offensive Guard Davis Brown (6’4/247) – Brown is an unranked prospect player who has received offers from USF and Coastal Carolina. He plays right down the road for Rolesville. This past Fall, Brown had 10 receptions for 83 yards and 4 touchdowns.
Cornerback Jaleel Parker (6’0″/185) – Parker is an unranked prospect player who has received an offer from Charlotte. He had 82 tackles, 5 tackles for loss, 3 sacks and 2 interceptions for Jack Britt (Fayetteville, NC) this past Fall.
EDGE Terande Spencer (6’3″/235) – Spencer is an unranked prospect player who has received offers from ECU, UNC and Troy. This past Fall, he had 90 tackles, 33 tackles for loss, 16 sacks, 3 forced fumbles and 1 interception for Richmond High School in Rockingham, North Carolina.
Interior Offensive Lineman Donovan Johnson (6’4″/325) – Johnson is an unranked prospect player who has received offers from Duke, Wake Forest and ECU. He plays for Pine Forest in Fayetteville, NC.
