NC State offered Collins on April 4th. He also holds offers from Georgia Tech, Kentucky, Indiana, Auburn, Mississippi State, Vanderbilt, Cincinnati, USF, ECU, Virginia Tech, Tennessee, Wisconsin, and others.

Collins has also scheduled official visits to Georgia Tech (May 30), Indiana (June 6), and Kentucky (June 13).

Last season, he recorded 31 tackles, 2 interceptions, 3 pass breakups, 3 forced fumbles, 2 tackles for loss, and 2 fumble recoveries for Rome High School (Rome, GA). On the offensive side, Collins had 32 receptions for 527 yards and 5 touchdowns.

247Sports ranks him as the No. 29 Athlete nationally in the 2026 recruiting class and the No. 45 overall player in the state of Georgia.
