For the second straight night, NC State picked up a commitment for their 2026 football recruiting class — and both were safeties. Last night it was 3-star D’Various Surratt, and tonight it was 3-star Tristen Hill (6’0″/190).

247Sports ranks Hill as the No. 70 safety nationally in the 2026 recruiting class, and the No. 98 overall player in the state of Georgia.

Ultimately, Hill chose to run with the Wolfpack over Minnesota, Duke, Louisville, and USF.

NC State offered Hill on April 4th, when he had no stars beside his name. He took an official visit to Raleigh on June 13th.

Last fall, Hill tallied 93 tackles, 2 pass breakups, and 2 forced fumbles.

Hill is the 14th member of the Wolfpack’s 2026 Football Recruiting class.
