WATCH: Darrion Williams says team meetings helped bring Pack together, thinks criticism from ‘burners’ is funny

Darrion Williams has been on fire recently.

After taking a lot of heat for a shooting slump that saw his production bottom out during the start of ACC play, Williams has been resurrected over the past 3 games.

Well, Williams started getting a lot more physical after a phone call from a family friend.

But has that shift in playing style really helped him this much? Maybe, but it’s likely an array of things that have changed Darrion Williams.

As he explains on the recent ‘Field of 68’ podcast, the team just feels more connected now after a couple team meetings where they focused on putting an end to everybody ‘playing for themselves.’

But as he stated in the video, he doesn’t really let the ‘downs’ get to him. He doesn’t let the criticism change the way he plays. He’s used to it. In fact, he states that most of the criticism is coming from ‘burner’ accounts (annonymous accounts) and Williams finds that funny.
