With NC State and UNC set to tip tonight at 7:00pm, we thought it would be fun to look back at some great moments in this rivalry.

Let’s got back to 1995 when Todd Fuller and Lakista McCuller led an underdog Wolfpack over the #1 ranked Tar Heels, who had future NBA superstars Jerry Stackhouse and Rasheed Wallace.

  • NC State guard Lakista McCuller led the way with 24 points, including three crucial 3-pointers in the final 5:04 to fend off a UNC rally.
  • NC State center Todd Fuller added 16 points and 11 rebounds.
