NC State’s 2-Man 2026 Transfer Class Currently Ranks 39th Nationally

NC State’s 2026 transfer class is still very much a work in progress, and that’s exactly how it should be at this stage of the portal cycle.

That said, the Wolfpack has already landed two key pieces in Christian Hammond and Preston Edmead, both 4-star guards who bring immediate value to the backcourt.

Even with just those two additions, NC State’s current two-man transfer class ranks No. 39 nationally, according to 247Sports, and 6th in the ACC.

It’s important to keep that number in context. With the portal still wide open and visits ongoing, these rankings are fluid.
