Tonight The Rolling Stones and The Avett Brothers will be in concert in NC State’s Carter-Finley Stadium. This will be the 3rd time that the Stones have played in Carter-Finley (1989, 1994). The last band that rocked the Carter was U2 back in 2009. Below is a list of other bands that rocked in Carter-Finley:

1994 – Pink Floyd – The Division Bell Tour
1998 – Jimmy Buffett – Don’t Stop the Carnival Tour
2009 – U2 & Muse – They were the opening band for U2 in the 360degree tour.
