The new Coaches Poll is out today and the ACC has three teams ranked in the Top 25 after Week 2:

Florida St – 6th (+2)
Clemson – 9th (+3)
Georgia Tech – 16th (-)

All three of the the ACC teams in the Coaches Poll moved up from where they were in last weeks poll.  FSU defeated South Florida 34-14, Clemson defeated Appalachian State 41-10, and Georgia Tech defeated Tulane 65-10.

NC State gained 9 more votes this week, receiving 13 votes after defeating Eastern Kentucky 35-0 last night.  The extra votes moved them up to 35th overall in the Coaches Poll, which is 5 spots higher than last weeks poll.

The Wolfpack were one of 4 ACC schools that received votes in this weeks AP poll, but failed to make the Top 25.

Duke – 32 (31st)
Miami – 16 (33rd)
NC State – 13 (35th)
Pitt – 2 (47th)

Duke defeated North Carolina Central 55-0, Miami defeated Florida Atlantic 44-20, and Pitt defeated Akron 24-7.
