The new AP poll is out today and the ACC still has three teams ranked in the Top 25:

Florida St – 10th (-2)
Clemson – 11th (-)
Georgia Tech – 20th (-6)

It seems like the voters weren’t that impressed with Florida St.’s 14-0 victory over Boston College.  Clemson defeated Louisville 20-17.  Georgia Tech lost 30-22 to #8 Notre Dame.  The Fighting Irish is now ranked 6th.

NC State received 10 votes in last weeks poll, but somehow managed to see that number cut in half after defeating Old Dominion 38-14.  They covered the 17 point spread, which is something they have done now in 6 straight games.

The Wolfpack were one of 3 ACC schools that received votes in this weeks AP poll, but failed to make the Top 25.

Miami – 13 votes – 37th
NC State – 5 votes – 41st
Virginia Tech – 4 votes – 42nd

Miami defeated Nebraska 36-33 in overtime, and picked up 10 more votes.  Virginia Tech defeated Purdue 51-24 and picked up one more vote this week.

Duke received votes last week, but failed to pick any up this week after losing 19-10 to #23 Northwestern.
