Hooker is rated as a 4-star prospect by Scout, and Rivals and 247 give him 3. He holds offers from NC State, ECU, Syracuse, and Clemson.  Hooker has visited Alabama, Auburn, Duke, Florida State, UNC, NC State, and Tennessee.  Clemson seems to be a front runner at this point, but a UNC offer could change everything.
