Former NC State QB, Mike Glennon, has signed a deal to become the backup QB for the NY Giants.

The deal means Glennon will take over for Colt McCoy as the Giants 2nd string signal-caller, and is just one Daniel Jones injury away from leading one of the biggest market teams in the NFL.

Last season Glennon completed 111 of 179 passes for 1,072 yards, 7 touchdowns, and 5 interceptions.

Over his career in Raleigh, Glennon threw for 7,411 yards, 63 TDs, and 31 INTs. He did almost all of that in his junior and senior campaigns after Russell Wilson left for Wisconsin.
