Former NC State DB Dontae Johnson Released by 49ers…but Wait

Former NC State Defensive Back Dontae Johnson has been released by the San Francisco 49ers.

If he signs again with the Niners, it will be the 15th time he has signed with San Francisco…you read that right…15th.
