NFL NETWORK: Raiders, with new owner Tom Brady, trying to convince Bill Belichick to reconsider move to UNC

NFL Network Insider Tom Pelissero just reported that multiple teams are trying to get Bill Belichick to reconsider his move to UNC.

If this is true and if Belichick actually does leave, then this would be hilarious.

An NFL team would need to pay his $10 million to buy him out of his contract, but that’s not a problem, according to Pelissero. And I’m guessing his son would come along with him on the staff.

That would leave UNC searching for a coach and scrambling to fill their roster well after everyone else is already knee-deep in portal signings.
