2026 LB Jordan Moreta Verbally Commits to NC State

Linebacker Jordan Moreta (6’0″/215) verbally committed to play football for NC State today.

Moreta is an unranked prospect player who has received offers from NC State, Duke and Liberty. The Wolfpack offered him on January 23rd, and he was in Raleigh for NC State’s Junior Day Festivities this past weekend.

This past Fall Moreta had 49 tackles, 4 tackles for loss, 1 interception and 2 pass breakups for Paramus Catholic in Paramus, New Jersey. On Offense, he had 6 receptions for 96 yards and 2 touchdowns.

Moreta is the 4th member of NC State’s 2026 recruiting class, joining 3-Star EDGE Koby Sarkodie, 3-star Offensive Tackle Brady Sakowitz and 3-star Quarterback Jacob Smith.
