4-Star Running Back Evan Hampton Includes NC State in his Top-7

4-Star 2026 Running Back Evan Hampton (6’0″/200) revealed his Top-7 schools on Tuesday, and NC State made the cut along with Virginia Tech, Indiana, Vanderbilt, Louisville, West Virginia and Duke.

NC State offered Hampton on December 27th.

ON3 ranks him as a 4-star prospect, the #213 overall player nationally in the 2026 recruiting class, the #24 Running Back and the #2 player in the state of Kentucky.

This past Fall, Hampton had 1,609 Rushing Yards and 24 Touchdowns for Owensboro High School.
