4-Star Tight End Lincoln Watkins Includes NC State in his Top-6

4-Star 2026 Tight End Lincoln Watkins (6’4″/225) released his Top-6 schools on Tuesday, and NC State made the cut alongside Indiana, Penn St., Nebraska, Miami and Duke.

Narrowing it down.

NC State offered Watkins on January 4th.

This past season, he had 39 receptions for 668 yards and 39 rushes for 245 yards, totaling 17 touchdowns for Port Huron Northern (Port Huron, Michigan). Watkins also had 42 tackles on the defensive side.
