Haggerty entered the Portal back on April 17th.

This past season, Haggerty earned Consensus 2nd Team All-American honors, averaging 21.7 points, 5.8 rebounds, 3.7 assists and 1.8 steals for the Tigers. Haggerty was named the 2025 AAC Player of the Year. In his third year of college ball, Haggerty improved his outside shot, making 36.4% from three.

The year before, he averaged 21.2 points, 5.5 rebounds, 3.8 assists and 1.9 steals with Tulsa, earning 3rd Team All-AAC honors.

Haggerty redshirted his first collegiate season at TCU.

247Sports ranks him as a 5-Star Transfer Portal prospect, the #2 overall player to enter the Portal and the #1 Point Guard. Haggerty is the highest ranked player currently in the Portal according to 247Sports’ rankings. ON3 ranks him as the #8 overall player to enter the Transfer Portal, and the #2 Shooting Guard.

According to Jeff Goodman, Haggerty is carrying a $4 million price tag.

Whether or not that is true, I can’t imagine the Wolfpack is sitting on that kind of money for one player. Either way, it’s encouraging to be in his Final 4, and we will have to wait and see if anything develops.

Haggerty has 1 year of eligibility remaining.
