NC State has the 2nd Toughest Schedule by Opponent Winning Percentage

ESPN’s David Hale cooked up some good research, and determined that the NC State football team has the second toughest schedule according to Opponent Winning Percentage.

NC State’s opponents have a .697 win% in all other FBS games not against the Wolfpack. Only Florida has faced a tougher schedule by win%.
