Will Wade gives us a Terrance Arceneaux injury update…

When NC State landed Terrance Arceneaux, it was thought that he’d be slotting into the starting lineup; however, early-season Achilles soreness has derailed those plans. The news was especially concerning because the 6’6 junior has already missed a full season after rupturing his Achilles two years ago.

He was seen as NC State’s lockdown perimeter defender and a guy who was supposed to take a big jump offensively this season, that hasn’t happened. But maybe it’s about to.

Wade gave a positive update on Arceneaux in his presser before Maui.

“I think Terrance will be back. I should have told y’all that. I buried the lead. I think he’s been cleared. He got a good checkup. We had some scans done yesterday that all came back really, really good. I feel like he’ll be able to help us in Maui.”
