Brown originally verbally committed to UNC back on June 26th. He took Official Visits to NC State, UNC and Pitt in June.

NC State offered him a scholarship on January 28th of this year.

Unfortunately, Brown suffered a knee injury in the preseason, and missed his entire Senior season at Grayson (Loganville, GA) this Fall.

As a Junior, he finished the year with 30 tackles, 12 tackles for loss, 6 sacks and 28 QB hurries.

Brown joins a list of other players that flipped their commitment from the Tar Heels to the Wolfpack, joining current players Keenan Jackson (WR) and Gus Ritchey (TE), and NC State legendary Linebacker Payton Wilson.

Brown is the 26th member of the Wolfpack’s 2026 recruiting class.
