Boston College LB Transfer Bam Crouch Set to Visit NC State

According to reports, Boston College Linebacker Daveon “Bam” Crouch (6’1″/227) will take an Official Visit to NC State next Tuesday.

Crouch was a Senior this season for the Golden Eagles, but since he only played in 4 games due to injury, 2025 will count as a redshirt season. In those 4 games, Crouch had 12 tackles, 1.5 tackles for loss, 1 sack, 1 interception and 1 pass deflection.

2024 was a breakout season for Crouch, who started all 13 games at Middle Linebacker. He finished the year with 77 tackles, 6.5 tackles for loss, 2 sacks, 4 pass deflections and 2 forced fumbles. He ranked 3rd on the team in tackles, tackles for loss and pass deflections.

After a standout Junior campaign, Boston College named Crouch as one of their captains in 2025, and was 1 of 4 players sent to represent them at the 2025 ACC Kickoff.

Crouch earned a PFF season grade of 68.4 in 2024.

NC State be looking for new faces at Middle Linebacker in 2026, with Caden Fordham and Sean Brown both running out of eligibility.

Crouch has 1 year of eligibility remaining.
