VIDEO VAULT: All the highlights of 6’5 G commit Darius Adams

NC State just landed a commitment from 6’5 combo guard, who is transferring from Maryland, Darius Adams.

Adams was a highly touted 5-star coming out of HS, who was recruited by, and offered from: UConn (he committed and then decommitted from there), Tennessee (Gainey), NC State (Keatts), Michigan State, Alabama, Kansas, FSU, Indiana, Louisville, Michigan, Notre Dame, Texas, Syracuse, VT, Seton Hall, St. Johns and more.

So why is NC State able to afford a kid like this out of the portal? Well, Adams had a tough season at Maryland last year and is looking for a fresh start with a coach tho is willing to give him another shot. That ended up being Justin Gainey.
