NC State Locks In an Official Visit with the #1 JUCO OT

Published

on

Jonah Miller (6’8″/290), the #1 Junior College Offensive Tackle (247Sports), will be taking an Official Visit to NC State December 15th-17th.

Rivals ranks Miller as a 4-Start prospect and the #6 overall JUCO prospect in the 2024 class, and 247Sports ranks him 7th overall.

Miller also holds offers from BYU, Boise State, Houston, UTSA and Nevada.

For what it’s worth, Miller has the tweet about NC State offering him a scholarship pinned on his Twitter page, and ON3 has a strong prediction for him to run with the Wolfpack.

Miller was originally a consensus 4-Star prospect in the 2021 recruiting class, and enrolled at Oregon. ESPN ranked him as the #264 overall player nationally in the 2021 recruiting class, and Rivals ranked him as the #4 player in the state of Arizona. He chose the Ducks over offers from Arizona, USC, Washington, Texas, Penn State, Florida, Oklahoma State, Nebraska and Arizona State and others.

When Miller arrived at Oregon, they moved him to Defensive Line in his first year. After year one, Miller entered the Transfer Portal, and went to Santa Rosa Junior College, where he has been the past two seasons at Offensive Tackle.

Technically, Miller has two more years of eligibility, but after suffering an injury this season, he plans to file for a medical redshirt for this season.
