4-Star 2020 Center Cliff Omoruyi (6’11″/235) revealed his Top-8 schools today, and NC State made the cut alongside Memphis, UCONN, Rutgers, Kentucky, Miami, Auburn, and Arizona State.

NC State offered Omoruyi back on June 30th of last year, and he included the Wolfpack in his Top-13 back on September 28th.

247Sports ranks Omoruyi as the #42 overall player in the nation in the 2020 recruiting class, the #8 Center, and the #2 player in the state of New Jersey. Omoruyi plays for Roselle Catholic (Roselle, NJ).

He doesn’t plan on making his decision until April 15th.

Technically speaking, NC State’s class is full, but you have to always be prepared for attrition, especially if Redshirt Junior Forward D.J. Funderburk decides to explore his professional options after 4 years of college.
