Yesterday, NC State offered 2025 3-Star Offensive Lineman Troy Commit Kage Payne (6’4″/280).

Payne verbally committed to Troy on August 2nd.

He also holds offers from Miami (OH), Ohio, Bowling Green, Toledo, FAU, Syracuse, Memphis, Kent St., James Madison and Central Michigan.

Payne plays for Kings High School in Kings Mill, Ohio. ON3 ranks him as the #64 overall player in the state of Ohio in the 2025 recruiting class.
