3-Star TE Preston Douglas Signs his NLI to Play at NC State

3-Star Tight End Preston Douglas (6’3″/230) signed his National Letter of Intent to play football at NC State this morning.

On Halloween, Douglas flipped his commitment from South Carolina to NC State. He originally committed to play for the Gamecocks on June 12th. The Wolfpack offered him back on January 26th.

He also holds offers from Indiana, Wake Forest, Maryland, Syracuse and others.

He plays for The Benjamin School in Jupiter, Florida. This season he had 17 receptions for 252 yards and 3 touchdowns.

Rivals ranks him as the #2 Tight End in the state of Florida.

Douglas is the 17th player to sign with NC State in the early signing period.
