NC State offered ECU Redshirt Sophomore Linebacker Zayke Barker (5’11″225) yesterday. He has 2 years of eligibility remaining.

He’s also picked up offers from SMU, West Virginia, Georgia Tech, Virginia Tech, UVA, Memphis and Cincinnati.

This season Barker earned 2nd Team All-AAC honors.

Barker ranks 2nd on the Pirates in tackles, with 86, and leads the team in tackles for loss (12). He started in all 11 of the games he played in this season.

Barker’s PFF grade is 66.1. His Coverage grade is elite, posting a grade of 82.3 in 254 coverage snaps.

ON3 rates Barker as a 3-star prospect in the Transfer Portal, ranking him as the #21 Linebacker currently in the Portal.
