Houston Guard Terrance Arceneaux is Transferring to NC State
Houston transfer guard Terrance Arceneaux (6’6″/205) has committed to NC State.
Arceneaux took official visits to NC State and UVA.
This season, he averaged 6.5 points and 2.7 rebounds, shooting 44.3% from the field and 33.7% from three. After seeing action in 34 games as a true freshman in 2022–23, Arceneaux redshirted his second season after suffering a season-ending Achilles tendon injury, appearing in only 11 games.
In Year 1, he earned a spot on the AAC All-Freshman Team.
Arceneaux was a 5-star prospect in the 2022 recruiting class, with Rivals ranking him as the No. 27 overall player nationally and the No. 11 small forward.
ON3 and 247Sports both rank him as a 4-star transfer portal prospect, with the former ranking him as the No. 76 overall player in the portal and the No. 18 shooting guard.
