NC State is Looking to Land Gambian Forward/Center Musa Sagnia

NC State is looking to land Gambian Forward/Center Musa Sagnia (6’8″/218), who has been playing for BAXI Manresa in Spain’s ACB.

Sagnia has played for Manresa in Spain for the past four seasons.

Despite being 22 years old, Sagnia will presumably have four years of eligibility and would technically be part of the Wolfpack’s 2025 prep recruiting class.

Manresa has two more games left in their season, with the last one scheduled for May 30th. Because of this, an announcement regarding Sagnia might not come until the end of his season.

Sagnia has the potential to be a rebounding presence down low with a 6’11” wingspan. He also has the ability to create off the dribble and knock down shots from the perimeter.

The general consensus seems to be that NC State is in a really good spot to add Sagnia to its 2025–26 roster.
