4-Star SF Cole Cloer Just Wrapped up his Official Visit to NC State

4-Star 2026 Small Forward Cole Cloer (6’8″/195) took an Official Visit to NC State this past weekend.

Cloer is a consensus 4-Star prospect in the 2026 recruiting class, with 247Sports and ESPN both ranking him as the #25 overall player nationally, and the #10 Small Forward. He is a North Carolina native, but transferred to IMG Academy in Florida for his upcoming Florida season. Prior to the move, Cloer was the #1 ranked player in the state of North Carolina, and now he’s the #5 player in the Sunshine State.

Last season, Cloer averaged 18.9 points, 7.2 rebounds, 3.8 assists, 1.2 blocks and 1 steal for Caldwell Academy in Greensboro. He shot 51% from the field and 41% from three.

Cloer also has Official Visits scheduled with Florida (9/6), UCONN (9/13), Kentucky (9/17), Arkansas (10/4), UNC (10/10) and Alabama (10/18).
