Wayne State OL Transfer Trezelle Jenkins Jr. Planning Official Visit to NC State

Wayne State offensive lineman transfer Trezelle Jenkins Jr. (6’5″, 315) confirmed that he is working out the details to take an official visit to NC State in early January.

The Wolfpack offered Jenkins Jr. a scholarship on December 22.

Since entering the transfer portal on December 10, Jenkins Jr. has picked up offers from Tennessee Tech, Eastern Illinois, Western Illinois, Tennessee State, Western Kentucky, and NC State.

Jenkins Jr. has already taken a visit to Tennessee Tech. He confirmed that he will visit Western Kentucky on January 4, and is hoping to visit NC State a few days later, possibly on January 6.

This past season, Jenkins Jr. appeared in 10 games (four starts) as a true freshman at Wayne State University. He saw action at both right guard and left guard.
