NC State Coaching Staff Salaries Under Justin Gainey

After submitting a FOIA request, I’ve obtained copies of the contracts for Justin Gainey’s staff at NC State. Here’s a breakdown of how the Wolfpack’s new staff is structured financially.

NC State Coaching Staff Salaries (2026)

Head Coach Justin Gainey – $2.5 million

Assistant Coach Alvin Brooks III – $500,000

Assistant Coach Matthew Driscoll – $450,000

Assistant Coach Riley Collins – $85,000

Director of Operations Bill Comar – $125,000

Gainey also hired Anthony Goins as an Assistant Coach as well, though his contract details have not yet been obtained.
