4-Star PF Ladarius Givan Includes NC State in Final 6

According to Sam Kayser, 2026 4-star power forward Ladarius Givan (6’9″/215) has included NC State in his final six schools.

The Wolfpack are joined by Indiana, LSU, Seton Hall, Mississippi State, and UCF.

Kayser reports that Givan is currently visiting UCF, with a trip to Indiana scheduled for next week and a possible visit to Seton Hall also in the works.

Givan was previously committed to Mississippi State, verbally pledging in July before reopening his recruitment in January.

From a rankings perspective, ESPN views him as a 4-star prospect and ranks him among the top players in Virginia, while Rivals and 247Sports currently list him as a 3-star.

On the court, Givan has been highly productive. This past season, he averaged 15.5 points and 12.1 rebounds per game for Petersburg High School (Richmond, VA), showing a strong presence on the glass and consistent scoring ability.

NC State extended an offer on February 25, while Will Wade was still leading the program.

With visits underway and a decision timeline beginning to take shape, this is a recruitment to keep a close eye on.
