State B-ball Team Meets T-Pain, Plugs Preseason Opener
So in news that really doesn’t have much to do with basketball, the Wolfpack team got to meet T-Pain prior to the NC State homecoming concert and presented him with his own jersey. The team got up on stage to invite the fans to their preseason opener which takes place on Saturday, 45 minutes following the football game.
For those of you who aren’t familiar, T-Pain is a hip hop/r&b artist known for his hit ‘Buy U a Drank’ and for using autotune in nearly all of his songs…HOWEVER, he recently showcased some actual talent in a NPR Tiny Desk Concert that went viral and put his name back on the map.
