Rivals ranks Mann as the #30 overall player in the 2019 class, and ESPN and 247Sports both rank him as the #6 Point Guard.
Mann plays for The Villages Charter School in The Villages, Florida. Maybe more relevant, is the fact that Mann plays with 4-Star 2019 PF NC State Target CJ Walker with E1T1 on the AAU circuit.
He had cut his list to a Top 3 of Florida, Tennessee, and Kansas, but he has now reopened his recruitment to all schools.
NC State is one of the schools that has stood out with the recent influx of interest.
Mann mentioned Iowa State, North Carolina, North Carolina State, USC, Indiana and Louisville as programs that have stood out among the recent flux of interest. (Link)
