NC State’s Terquavion Smith Named to 2022-23 Preseason All-ACC First Team

The official 2022-23 ACC Preseason All-ACC Teams were released today, and Sophomore NC State Guard Terquavion Smith made the First Team. He also picked up one lone vote for ACC Preseason Player of the Year.
