Coastal Carolina QB Grayson McCall is Taking an Official Visit to NC State
According to a source, Coastal Carolina Quarterback Grayson McCall will be taking an Official Visit to NC State this weekend. The Wolfpack coaching staff had an in-home visit with McCall this past weekend.
McCall was the Sun Belt Player of the year in 2020, 2021 and 2022. He didn’t play the final 5 games of the season due to injury this year, and prior to injury, the numbers weren’t on par with prior years. It was also his first year with Tim Beck as Coastal’s head coach.
After last season, McCall entered the Transfer Portal, and there was speculation that he would transfer to Auburn. In the end, McCall pulled his name out of the portal.
ON3 currently ranks McCall as the #10 Quarterback in the Transfer Portal, and 247Sports ranks him 11th.
