#1 Player in NC Adelaide Jernigan is Taking an Official Visit to NC State this Week

This weekend (Thurs-Sat), the #1 player in the state of North Carolina in the 2025 recruiting class, Guard Adelaide Jernigan (5’10”) will be taking an Official Visit to NC State.

Jernigan has narrowed down her list to 3 finalists on July 18th: NC State, Michigan and Kentucky.

Last season at Bishop McGuinness (Kernersville, NC), Jernigan averaged 19 points, 4.6 rebounds and 1.8 steals per game, while shooting 46% from the field.

ESPN ranks her as the #58 overall player nationally in the 2025 recruiting class.
