NC State’s Braden Holloway Named 2025 Team USA Head Coach!

NC State Swimming & Diving Head Coach Braden Holloway has been named the Team USA Head Coach for the 2025 World Championships Team, which will compete in Singapore from July 26 – August 3.

This isn’t Holloway’s first rodeo coaching with Team USA. He served as the USA Men’s Head Coach for the World Championships in 2022 and the World University Games in 2019. Last Summer he was an Assistant Coach for the 2024 USA Olympic Swimming Team.

Holloway has been named the ACC Coach of the Year 10 times. After being named the Head Coach at NC State in 2011, the Men’s Team has won the ACC Championship 9 times (2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2022, 2023, 2024) and the Women’s Team has won it 2 times (2017 & 2019). Prior to his arrival, the last time the Men’s Team had won the title was in 1992, and the last time the Women’s Team had won the title was in 1980.
