Where Did NC State Land in ESPN’s 2025-26 Preseason Women’s Basketball Bracketology Report?

ESPN released their 2025-06 Preseason Women’s Basketball Bracketology report today, and they project NC State will be a #3 seed in the Big Dance, playing against #14 seed Liberty. If the Wolfpack wins in the first round, it would most likely have #6 seed Vanderbilt waiting for them.

The ACC is projected to send 11 teams to the NCAA Tournament, which would set a new conference record. Last year, 8 teams from the ACC went dancing, which tied the record.
