Cornerback Matt Williams has Scheduled an Official Visit to NC State

Three-star cornerback Matt Williams (6’0” / 160) has locked in an Official Visit to NC State for May 8–10, giving the Wolfpack a key opportunity to make its case with one of Virginia’s top defensive backs.

Williams announced the visit on social media earlier this week.

Recruiting Profile

Rivals ranks Williams as the #12 overall player in the state of Virginia in the 2027 recruiting class. He earned 1st Team All-State honors this past season.

NC State offered him back on September 7th, and the Wolfpack have remained firmly in the mix since.
