NC State Guard Alyn Breed has Entered the Transfer Portal

According to Pete Nakos of On3, NC State guard Alyn Breed has entered the Transfer Portal.

Breed followed former head coach Will Wade to Raleigh this past offseason after playing at McNeese St.

Next season would mark Breed’s seventh year of college basketball. As Wade noted during the season, there was hope that Breed could be granted an additional medical redshirt after appearing in just two games the previous year due to a torn ACL.

This season, Breed appeared in 21 games for the Wolfpack, making seven starts. He averaged 4.5 points in 14.9 minutes per game.

With this development, NC State has now had seven players enter the Transfer Portal:
