Over the weekend NC State offered 2016 standout Junior Smith. Smith is a PG from Fayetteville, NC and is quickly climbing the rankings. He’s currently the #6 PG in his class. This weekend he lit up the HSOT Tournament with a 41 point game. Smith currently has offers from Charlotte and VCU. Here are the highlights.
