Cat Barber to Rejoin the Greensboro Swarm

Former NC State Point Guard Anthony “Cat” Barber has officially rejoined the Greensboro Swarm, the G-League affiliate of the Charlotte Hornets.

Barber started this season in Italy with New Basket Brindisi of Italy’s Serie A, but left the team after only 7 games. In that short span, he averaged 10.4 points and 2.9 assists.

In Greensboro, he will share the backcourt with one of his college rivals, Marus Paige (UNC).

In 2015, Barber averaged 23.5 points per game at NC State, and earned 1st Team All-ACC Honors.
