RIVALS: NC State 1 of 5 Schools That Could be QBU

Rivals just ran a piece attempting to determine which college football program deserves the title of QBU. To the shock of no one, NC State was one of the 5 schools listed, along with USC, Cal, Michigan and Michigan St.

Here’s what they had to say about the Wolfpack QB’s in the NFL:

Current NFL QBs: Philip Rivers, Mike Glennon, Jacoby Brissett

Note: If Russell Wilson is not counted in NC State’s class because he finished his career at Wisconsin, the Wolfpack have an impressive haul, including three current NFL quarterbacks. If Wilson is included, NC State has an argument maybe as good as any other program as QBU.
