Saddiq Bey Decommits From NC State

As I alluded to earlier, one of NC State’s 2018 signees would not be enrolling at NC State.

Out of respect for the school and the individual, I kept the name out of the previous piece.

Now that it has gone public, that player is Small Forward Saddiq Bey.

And here’s the answer, from NC State:
“Saddiq Bey has asked for his release from his national letter of intent and we are in the process of granting his request (cont.).”

For clarification, Bey didn’t leave because NC State was pursuing Sacha Killeya-Jones.
