Week 2 of the 2024 NFL Preseason has come to a close. Here’s a recap of how all of the former NC State football players fared.
Place Kicker Brayden Narveson was 3 for 3 on Field Goal Attempts in the Titans’ 16-15 win over the Seahawks. He hit the game winner and kicked a 59-yarder.
Defensive Tackle Cory Durden had 4 tackles in the Rams’ 13-9 win over the Chargers. He played in 34 snaps, recording a PFF grade of 84.6.
Running Back Zonovan Knight rushed the ball 8 times for 36 yards in the Lions’ 24-23 win over the Chiefs. He played 14 snaps and recorded a PFF grade of 70.8.
Safety Tanner Ingle had 3 tackles in the Rams’ 13-9 win over the Chargers. He played 21 snaps, and recorded a PFF grade of 79.6.
Linebacker Vi Jones had 3 tackles in the Bucs’ 20-7 loss to the Jaguars. He played 21 snaps, and recorded a PFF grade of 75.8, which was the third highest on the team.
Cornerback Robert Kennedy had 3 tackles in the Chargers’ 13-9 loss to the Rams. He played 18 snaps, and recorded a PFF grade of 58.8.
Quarterback Russell Wilson was 8 of 10 for 47 yards in the Steelers’ 9-3 loss to the Bills. He played 21 snaps, recording a PFF grade of 63.3.
Wide Receiver Kelvin Harmon had 2 receptions for 18 yards (2 targets) in the Cowboys’ 27-12 win over the Raiders. He played 11 snaps and recorded a PFF grade of 70.6.
Linebacker Payton Wilson had 2 tackles in the Steelers’ 9-3 loss to the Bills. He had to leave the game early due to concussion protocol. Wilson played 26 snaps, and recorded a PFF grade of 41.5.
Center Dylan McMahon played 55 snaps in the Eagles’ 14-13 win over the Patriots, recording a PFF grade of 59.5.
Defensive Tackle TY McGill had 1 tackle and 1 QB Hit in the 49ers’ 16-10 win over the Saints. He played 32 snaps and recorded a PFF grade of 39.3.
Defensive Lineman Kentavius Street had a QB Pressure in the Falcons’ 13-12 loss to the Ravens. He played in 6 snaps, and recorded a PFF grade of 93.1.
Linebacker James Smith-Williams had 1 tackle in the Falcons’ 13-12 loss to the Ravens. He played 8 snaps and recorded a PFF grade of 70.1.
Linebacker Savion Jackson didn’t record any stats in the Chargers’ 13-9 loss to the Rams, but he did play 8 snaps, recording a PFF grade of 63.4.
Quarterback Jacoby Brissett was 3-7 for 17 yards and an interception in the Patriots’ 14-13 loss to the Eagles. He played 15 snaps, recording a PFF grade of 41.4.
Wide Receiver Jakobi Meyers didn’t have any receptions in the Raiders’ 27-12 loss to the Cowboys, but was targeted 4 times. He played 10 snaps, and recorded a PFF grade of 53.8.
Punter AJ Cole averaged 53.8 yards per punt in the Raiders’ 27-12 loss to the Cowboys, pinning all 4 punts inside the 20.
Punter Trenton Gill punted the ball 3 times for an average of 48.7 yards per punt in the Broncos’ 27-2 win over the Packers.
Long Snapper Joe Shimko played 9 snaps in the Cardinals’ 21-13 loss to the Colts, recording a PFF Grade of 64.4.
