Junior starting Cornerback Devon Marshall has re-signed with Savage Wolves, NC State’s Football NIL Branch (as a part of 1Pack), which means he will be returning in 2025.

NC State’s starting Cornerbacks this season were Senior Aydan White and Sophomore Brandon Cisse, but Junior Devon Marshall played in all 12 games, and started in 4 games due to injuries to Cisse and White.

Marshall was the 5th highest graded player (73.1) on the Wolfpack defense (150+ snaps), and the highest graded Cornerback. He has 32 tackles, 1 tackle for loss, 2 interceptions and 7 pass breakups, which is tied for the team lead.

Some might have wondered how Marshall would adjust to a higher level of football, when he transferred from Villanova (FCS) last offseason.

We don’t have to wonder anymore. Considering Marshall’s quality of work this season, it’s my expectation that Marshall will be 1 of 2 starting Cornerbacks for NC State in 2025, starting alongside Brandon Cisse, who re-signed with Savage Wolves yesterday.

Marshall is the 6th player to re-sign with Savage Wolves.
